About the Event
Join our Baggotonia Moves Community Classes. We will have two FREE yoga classes for our fellow Baggotonians.
Come breathe, move and relax. Bring the whole family. Modifications and variations to accommodate different levels of ability and experience.
Spaces and mats will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis.
(Note: If the weather is unkind, the classes will take place indoors in the Parish Centre.)
What is a Community Yoga Class?
This is a yoga session open to all members of the community, regardless of their level of experience, age or mobility. Classes are held in public spaces, community centres, parks, or yoga spaces with the intention of making yoga accessible to a wider audience.
Community classes aim to promote physical health, mental well-being, and a sense of connection within the community with a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
Further Details
Participants can also choose to visit and explore our recently developed Wild Flower Garden – The Zen Zone. This is a little green sanctuary in the Parish Centre where you can hang out in the Happy Hammock, Hug a Tree or Simply Sit & Smell The Flowers.
